Estrogen Therapy – As mentioned, estrogen is a naturally occurring female sex hormone that can be prescribed to us for a variety of reasons.

For instance, for middle-aged women, it is prescribed to relieve the troublesome symptoms of menopause. Its side effects include breast augmentation.

However, it is not recommended that you take this to naturally boost your boobs because a natural supply of estrogen with artificial supplements has a variety of side effects.

This includes headaches, nausea, weight gain, vaginal discharge, and breast tenderness. This also increases your risk of breast, endometrial and ovarian cancer as well as strokes and blood clots. Thus, only take this if your doctor prescribes it.

Progesterone Therapy – Just like estrogen, progesterone is another naturally occuring female sex hormone that is prescribed for a number of conditions and may result in breast growth. This medication is recommended in preventing the overgrowth of the uterine lining in women taking estrogen.

However, I suggest that you only take this if your doctor prescribed it because this also comes with a number of side effects.

Progesterone adverse effects include acne, hair growth, cough, weight change, joint pains, vaginal irritation, symptoms mentioned in estrogen therapy and depression in rare cases.

SSRIs – This is a common type of antidepressant that can cause moderate breast enlargement as a side effect. SSRIs are relatively safe and complication-free.

However, this should not be your primary breast enlargement supplement because it also presents a number of side effects. This includes nausea, reduced libido, headache, drowsiness, weight gain, difficulty sleeping and dry mouth.
